senior staff. We would evaluate past and current practices to include any past security breaches, thefts, damage to property or staff dismissals for security reasons and conduct a security analysis of the entire property and surroundings. We would then evaluate the following area’s but are limited to:

  • Perimeter security 

  • Ingres and egress points 

  • Security protocol

  • Current security 

  • Staff searches 

  • Cameras 

  • CCTV monitoring

  • Loading docks/procedures 

  • Policies/procedures

  • Hiring practices

  • Security staff (needed if none)

  • Equipment
